Busy, Busy

Hello Troop 184 Families!

Wow, we've gotten off to a quick start for this scouting year!

In addition to our troop meetings, we've been to Back to School night at Cherry Hill and Roosevelt Schools, Ramsey ShopRite twice assisting with their food drive, one rainy campout with zipline activity, helping to unload the pumpkin truck at First Congregational Church, River Edge Day, Eagle fundraisers and projects... and we're barely a month in!

On October 19, we'll head to West Point to watch their football game while also getting to do some activities at the academy. We've also got the annual wreath sales fundraiser coming up, plus another campout, and the St. Peter's Church Thanksgiving color guard.

Definitely a lot going on, which is absolutely a good thing! We do try our best to balance these events with fun and scouting-specific activities.

We are proud of the work our scouts have done in the community. It shows tremendous character, work ethic, and pride in our troop.

As they say, onward and upward!

Yours in Scouting, Ken Neben
