Eagle Scout
Eagle Scout is the highest rank achievable in Scouts BSA. To earn this rank, a scout must display physical and mental strength, must live by the Scout Oath and Scout Law, and must exhibit strong leadership skills within the troop and the community. Less than 10% of all scouts earn the rank of Eagle.

Serve six months in a troop leadership position.

Plan, develop, and give leadership to a service project for any religious organization or any school or community.

Take part in a Scoutmaster conference.

Successfully complete an Eagle Scout board of review.
