Hello Troop 184 Families!
We're about to embark on a new session of camping trips. In addition to the Father/Son Campout this weekend, we'll have campouts in March, April, May and June.
Now is the time to look at all your gear and make sure you have everything you need. It's easier and better to look now and get the stuff you're missing than it is to scramble when you're packing for a campout.
Do your hiking boots fit?
Do you have rain gear?
Do you have extra clothes (base layer, wool socks, etc.)?
Do you have stuff sacks to keep your clothes dry?
Do you know where your mess kit is? Is it clean?
Are your Nalgene bottles fresh and clean (they don't smell)
Do you have bug spray?
Download and print the Weekend Packing List, and then go through it to make sure you're prepared for the upcoming trips.
