Hi everyone,
When I was young (thousands of years ago), one of the Boy Scout troops in my town would build a monkey bridge for the annual town festival. It was set up on the lawn, and anyone could come and take a walk across it. It was really kinda cool!
Here's an article on building a monkey bridge. What do you all think? Is this something that we might want to explore here for our troop? Add your comments down below.
It would be interesting for sure
Cool project for the scouts and it would showcase the fun scout skills at any venue.
It would be quite interesting. I would suggest building and testing under a controlled environment prior to opening it up.
We would have to be aware of the weight on the bridge at any time.
Could be cool for a campout program or for River Edge day
Love it, can be a good campout program idea.
